Swedish/Relaxation Massage

Swedish Massage is the most common form of full body massage and is geared toward stress relief and deep relaxation. By working the muscles, engaging the parasympathetic nervous system and inducing the body’s systems to slow down, this can help improve blood circulation, increase deep breathing, boost the body’s immune systems and trigger the release of natural chemicals to create an overall sense of well-being. $45 - 30min. $75 - 60min. $110 - 90min.

Deep Tissue Massage

This massage style goes deeper into the muscle tissue to reduce spasms and scar tissue that often result from chronic injury or overuse. Often this treatment is a full-body session but can also focus on specific areas like the back, neck, hips, or legs. As a result, muscle tension and toxins are released allowing blood and oxygen to circulate properly.
$50 - 30 min. $80 - 60 min. $115 - 90min.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Lymphatic drainage massage is a form of gentle massage that encourages the movement of lymph fluids around the body. The fluid in the lymphatic system helps remove waste and toxins from the bodily tissues. Some health conditions can cause lymph fluid to build up. Lymphatic drainage massages can benefit people with lymphedema, fibromyalgia, and other conditions. $85-60 min (upper or lower body), $160-120 min.

Sports Massage

A vigorous version of Swedish massage, Sports massage can significantly benefit athletes of every kind, from casual joggers to world-class professionals. Focusing on areas of the body that experience repetitive muscle use and stress, Sports massage therapy is customized to the athlete’s sport of choice. Sports massage can be defined in two approaches: pre-event and post-event. In the pre-event massage, dynamic stretching is used to allow the connective tissue to increase the maximum flexibility and to reduce the chance of injury. In the post-event massage, we concentrate on recovering the deep muscle tissue that has been used during a previous sport session. Our therapist uses strong and hard pressure to go through the concerned deep muscle layers. This dynamic massage offers a variety of benefits and can: prevent injuries, increase flexibility, accelerate recovery, improve mood, reduce stress, and flush lactic acid to relieve soreness. $55- 30min. $85 - 60min. $120 - 90min.

Trigger Point Therapy Massage

Our Massage therapist will work with you to locate the source of discomfort. She may start you on some deep breathing, while using alternating cycles of pressure and release to ease those constricted muscles. You may experience a significant decrease in minor aches and pain after just one Trigger Point Therapy session – but ongoing sessions could help you manage them even better. $55 - 30min. $85 - 60min. $120 - 90min.

Myofascial Release Massage

Myofascial (Myo meaning muscle, Fascia meaning connective tissue) is a more medical aspect of massage that integrates physical therapy techniques. Myofascial release works with the network of connective tissue that run through the body that cover organs and the muscular-skeletal structures of the body. During a Myofascial release session the therapist will identify slight tensions in the connective tissue and work with the client to see how gentle or intense to push into the area to help relieve the discomfort. When the therapist pulls the tissue in opposing positions with their hands directly on the skin (no oils), then the tissues relax and trigger points can be identified. Trigger points are often the source of the pain that radiates out to other areas in the body.
$55 - 30min. $85 - 60min. $120 - 90min.

There are not enough stars to give this group what they actually deserve. I have visited for different things, but my most recent made the biggest impact for me. Hot Stone Massage

Hot Stone Massage therapy is relaxation and deep tissue treatment combined. Using a set of heated smooth dark stones of varying sizes, the stones are placed on the body before the area is worked on, allowing the heat to soothe the muscles, melting away the surface tension and preparing the area for deeper work. The heat from the stones dilates the blood vessels increasing blood flow and circulation in that area. The added blood flow helps to nourish tired muscles and flush toxins and other byproducts out. Heat also helps cut down on joint inflammation and loosens the connective tissue surrounding bones and joints. $95 - 60min. $125 - 90min.

Cupping Massage

Cupping is a massage modality that finds its roots in traditional Chinese medicine. The practice uses cups to create a vacuum seal on areas of the body. Cupping is an effective way to reduce the muscle stiffness associated with many medical conditions. Cupping loosens the muscles and brings an influx of blood to the area and softens the underlying muscle tissues, leading to increased flexibility and a better sense of mobility.
$90 - 60min.

Mother/Infant Massage

Massage reinforces the bond of the mother and her baby. Our massage therapist will ensure a safe environment for the baby and caregiver to relax and benefit from therapeutically from Mother/Infant Massage sessions. Even fathers can foster a special bond when they involve themselves in infant massage. Providing massage for your baby helps stimulate the baby’s gastrointestinal, nervous and circulatory systems. Studies have shown that babies prematurely born who were massaged gained weight faster and were more active and alert after six days of infant massage than infants who were not given massage. Massage can help treat gas and colic and regulate the baby’s sleeping patterns. It also gives the baby good sensory stimulation which is very important for the baby’s development and growth. $60 - 30min.

Prenatal/Postnatal Massage

Prenatal massage is performed side lying, supported with firm bolsters. Prenatal massage is designed to aid with sleep, digestion, physical pains, and trimester specific issues. Work ranges from light to medium pressure, and focuses on such problems as swelling, sciatic pain, and low back pain. Postnatal massage offers relief to the new mother from sleep deprivation and the neck-and-shoulder aches associated with nursing and carrying a newborn. The work can range from light to deep pressure and focuses on strengthening muscle tissue, assisting circulation, and regaining normal posture and weight-bearing within the body’s framework. Your therapist can also address any concerns you have about re-starting your normal exercise routine and help you achieve your recovery goals.
$80 - 60min. $110 - 90min.
