Appointments

We strongly advise clients arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for consents/check-in and preparation for your treatment.

 

Late Cancellation/No-Shows

We have a late cancellation / No show policy in place to better serve our clients and be considerate to our practitioners. If you are a no-show or cancel less than 48 hours to your scheduled appointment, a $65 charge will be placed on your account and you'll receive an invoice by email. We have to be considerate of service times in our medical practice to serve each client to the best of our ability.

 

Payments & Gratuity

Our practice accepts Cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and Care Credit as payment. Service providers prefer cash tips but also have Venmo if that is easier. We ask that you place a credit card on file for ease of checkout and securing services when we run promotions. Select services require a deposit when appointment is scheduled; clients are notified of this at the time of booking.

 

Children

We all need some adult time to recharge now and again; let the relaxation and pampering begin from the moment you step foot in the Spa. For safety reasons, children under age 16 are not permitted in the treatment rooms (unless undergoing treatment with parental permission) and may not be left unattended in the spa or in the parking lot at any time. If you bring children under the age of 16, not being treated at our clinic you may be asked to reschedule and charged the $65 cancellation fee.

 

Late Arrivals

Arrival after 15 minutes may affect the allotted time of the service. Your service type may be changed to avoid delays for other guests. We will make every effort to accommodate guests for their full appointment time, but this may not always be possible. For all customers we understand many unexpected situations can occur, so we want to be able to show grace and trust our clients' words. Anything later than 15 minutes is subject to cancelling and rescheduling.

 

Special Conditions

Please notify our receptionist before reserving your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, are pregnant, or have any allergies to lidocaine.
