Crystal George is a nurse practitioner at Wellspring Medical Spa & Aesthetics. After earning a nursing degree at Thomas University, she moved on to earn her master's degree in nursing at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Crystal is passionate about providing her patients with one-of-a-kind aesthetic results so they can feel more confident in their own skin. She has a desire to provide her patients with the education they need to make the best decisions about their body and their overall goals. Crystal has had extensive training in injectables, laser technology, PRP treatments, microneedling, women's health with FemiLift, and more.
I would highly recommend Wellspring Medical Spa to anyone looking for any of the services they provide! I have used them for Botox, weigh loss, HydraFacial, dermaplaning, and laser hair removal. So far, I am beyond happy with all the services I have done. Kasey, Danielle, Rachel and Crystal are the sweetest! These four, and the other staff members are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful! Also, they not pushy at all with services or products, which I appreciate.
